Tell Congress to support Community Health Center & workforce funding.

HEALTH CENTERS NEED YOUR HELP.

Health Centers receive Federal grant funds directly from the Bureau of Primary Health Care at the Health Resources and Services Administration, state and community Funding. They depend on bipartisan support from elected officials to continue to ensure continued funding and further public legislation.

Community Health Centers are health care homes that make up the backbone of our nation’s primary care system. Health centers in every state, U.S. territory, and the District of Columbia, provide care to all patients, and provide access to crucial primary care by reducing barriers such as cost, lack of insurance, distance, and language for their patients. In doing so, health centers — also called Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) — provide substantial benefits to the country and its health care system.
